When will my order ship?
Every canvas is printed after you order it. Most orders leave our Texas shop within 1 to 2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days from the day you order, usually in about 5. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx and email you a tracking number.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 US states.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other countries?
No. At the moment we only ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.
What is the difference between Rolled and Ready to Hang?
Ready to Hang is hand-stretched on a 1.5 inch deep solid pine frame with hanging hardware included, so it goes straight on the wall. Rolled canvas ships in a tube with extra border, so you can stretch or frame it yourself.
Is the canvas framed?
Ready to Hang canvases are wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame. We do not add an outer picture frame.
What material do you use?
320 GSM polyester canvas printed with non-toxic HP Latex inks. The finish is semi-gloss and resists fading and scratches.
Are these original paintings?
No. Our canvases are printed reproductions. Some designs look like oil paintings, but they are printed, not hand-painted. Many designs are AI-assisted, and the room photos on product pages are previews that show how a canvas can look on a wall.
Can I return my canvas?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns (30% if we send you the return label). If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, email us clear photos of the canvas and the box and we will replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Texas. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax by us.
