Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the lower 48 states.

Processing time

Every canvas is printed after you order it. Most orders are printed, stretched and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery time

We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days from the day you order, usually in about 5. You will get an email with your tracking number when your order leaves our shop.

Packaging

  • Ready to Hang canvases ship in a sturdy box with corner protection.
  • Rolled canvases ship rolled in a tube, with extra border around the image so you can stretch or frame them.

Problems with delivery

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email info@canvasdone.com with your order number and we will make it right.
